A Very Merry Christmas!!!

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!! Oh we did. We had an awesome time!! Kobe of course looks for presents and trust me, he got way too many. But he was\is a very good lil boy. So he deserved every last one of them. I on the other hand enjoyed time with my family. I love it! We had dinner after dinner. And gifts galore!! I am so thankful for the loving family I have. God blesses me so abundantly everyday, not just through the holidays. However, sometimes life gets the best of us and the holidays are where you seem to notice it most!!

Family Christmas dinner!!

We had the most wonderful time at Roger's family dinner. Being together is the most important thing to us. We got great gifts too :) thank you for the great gifts. Kobe got a bb gun, movies, clothes, I got clothes, bath and body works, and Roger got a really super nice jacket. On to next tomorrow evening. It's at our house. So I'm gettin up super early bake the ham. My mom and my brothers family are coming over. Can't wait!! Everyone have a very Merry Christmas. Be sage in your travels...

Christmas!!

This has been the busiest month by far. I have been working so many hours and that on top of shopping; just too much!! So, therefore the blogging has had to take a back seat for a lil bit.
All is well. We are so excited for Christmas!! All the gifts are bought and the presents wrapped. I just simply can not wait till Christmas morning. Kobe’s face will light up like a Christmas tree (No pun intended, lol) Santa I am sure will bring him everything he has asked for. He is such a sweet, sweet boy. Yesterday he was drawing on the coffee table. I got up to do a few things. I came back to the table and notice something a lil off. I looked at my picture frame, we have a picture frame that has, All because two people fell in love…. He had drawn a heart with M,D, K in the heart. I said Kobe what is this. He read the saying on the frame to me and said, the heart is love and this is Mommy, Daddy, and Kobe, (the letters) How in the world can you argue with that!! So I left it on there of course.
Just wanted you to know that I have not forgotten about blogging at all, just been super busy. But I will try to keep up more often. And I will be sure to post pictures of our Christmas dinners.

Christmas Card 2010

Ok, this weekend-week has been so COLD!! I can not believe how cold. I love nothing more then to stay in and snuggle. But that is not the case these past few weeks. I have been so busy at work. OMG, has it been busy!! But I will survive I suppose... But in the mess we did steal a few moments to get some family Christmas pictures taken. As you can see from my last post. I have to do one thing at a time. I am never home before dark and most of the time (this past few weeks) I have been leaving before the sun comes up. And it is cold out at that time, let me tell you. But Santa has made a lil extra money over the past few months so Kobe will have a terrific Christmas and that is all that matters.

Wonderful Weekend!!

We had such a wonderful holiday and weekend!! Kobe and I wrapped up all the presents we had. He had so much fun helping. We all came back in the living room and there sat Nellie under the tree. Kobe said she was waiting for Santa.... :)

"So Thankful"

We had the most amazing holiday!!! It was wonderful being with the family. I love spending time with everyone.
Wednesday, I had the day off of work. Can you believe it? I had a day off.... It was great. Kobe and I sat home most of the day and enjoyed being together. Later in the afternoon Kobe, me and my mom went to KMart to have his Christmas pictures made. Which they were awesome I might add. :) They were a lil behind so did a lil goofing off in the toy department. Just having a lil fun.
Thurday was a wonderful day. I woke up early and fixed sausage and biscuits for my family. We had Thanksgiving breakfast. It was a great idea. No rushing just visiting and as you can see we had a wonderful time. Later that evening we went to Roger's family. It was great also. Marlean is such a wonderful cook, you have no idea!!
Then, about 10:30 last night I got up and went to Wal-Mart. Yes, I did the Black Friday. I didnt do too bad. I got home about 2:00. And I got what I went for. So all in all it was a wonderful day.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Just wanted to let everyone know what I am thankful for.
I am thankful that I have a loving, just God that loves me no matter what. He is my heavenly father and he is with me always, no problem is too big for my God.
I am thankful for my wonderful family- my huband and son. They are what makes my world go around. Without them, I would not be what I am today. Love them so much.
I am thankful for my amazing family outside of my household. They are the most wonderful family. I love them so much. I dont think anyone is as blessed as I am in the family department.
I am last but least thankful for the material things that I have. My husband and I both have decent jobs that afford us luxuries that most do not have. And I am so thankful. We both have a decent car, beautiful home, and anything really that we want (reasonably speaking). Some are not able to have these things.
As you can tell we are abundtly blessed and we are grateful for everything we have.

Wonderful Weekend!!

We had such a great weekend. Busy but wonderful!! Friday night we did NOTHING but relax. After a long busy work week, and I do mean busy!! Saturday morning early Kobe and I got up. Roger was so sick, he had a migraine. He felt so awful. So me, mom and Kobe went shopping. I have Kobe completely finished!! I am so excited!! Now, to start on everyone else. I love Christmas, love it!! We shopped all day until 4:00 and then we went to the boys birthday party. We had so much fun. Of course right in the middle of the everything the boys had to take a potty break... So cute!!
Sunday, I went shopping of our tree and some groceries.... I got the tree. I swear it looked bigger at the store hehehe. Kobe loved it though. He did the decorating. I told him he did such a good job. He said, "Our tree is small Mommy, but it is all we need for Santa to come." Such a lil sweetie and he is so thankful. I am so glad.
Last night, my babies watched Iron Man 2 and I got the television in the LR to myself. :0)
